Job Responsibilities:

1. User Requirements Gathering:

• Work with business stakeholders to gather and document user requirements.
• Conduct workshops and interviews to understand user needs and expectations.

2. Business Impact Analysis (BIA):

• Document current workflows and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
