• Work with business users to capture and analyze information related to the adoption of I4.0 for Smart Manufacturing
• Identify gaps, weaknesses, and inefficiencies in solution today
• Define business solution and propose project for implementation
• Lead projects and activities that will require the coordination, support, and management of resources from global teams

Main initial focus of this position will be to support FE-SMAI for HBM3, which includes:

• Deployment of existing FE smart-manufacturing solutions to HBM3 PWF and assembly
• Build integrated FE/BE smart-manufacturing capabilities (eg. efficiently link yield loss between C2-C4 to FE, PWF and assembly processing)
• Coordinate SMAI tactical support on current top HBM3 yield issues across front-end, PWF, assembly and test

Principal Responsibilities

• Macro quantitative analysis: regularly track, collect and quantify macroeconomic data, combine the company's internal quantitative model signals, and judge the characteristics of the cycle.
• Quantitative analysis of trading (technical): through tracking and quantitative analysis of various types of market transaction data, such as market trends, market sentiment and other indicators, combined with the company's internal quantitative model signals, make suggestions on the trading rhythm.
• Optimize and improve the internal quantitative model: Coordinate with IT operation and maintenance to ensure the stability and efficiency of the data production process, and continuously optimize, improve and iterate the internal quantitative model according to the requirements of the investment strategy.

Qualification/ Skills/ Attributes

• Bachelor’s degree or above in economics, finance, statistics, financial engineering, econometrics and other related majors, with good statistical and quantitative analysis skills.
• Relevant internship/working experience in quantitative analysis or stock trading.
• Highly sensitive to data, good at data processing and quantitative analysis, or technical analysis of market transaction data.
• Fluency in Mandarin is required as the role requires frequent communication with companies in mainland China.
• Proficiency in the use of Bloomberg, Wind, Excel, familiar with Python is preferred.
• CFA qualification or in progress is preferred.
• Strong interest in investment, strong learning ability, teamwork ability, self-driving and sense of responsibility.
