• Serve as the field representative to assess, troubleshooting, analyze, repair, test and return equipment to service based on instructions from service orders.
• Create daily reports on completed service tasks, issues encountered, and resolutions, sending them to the service mailbox.
• Complete all required documentation and submit reports related to service tasks.
• Ensure that all services are conducts in a safe and effective manner, adhering to company and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum a Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science or related field.
• Candidates with no experience can apply as training and mentorship will be provided to develop technical skills and industry knowledge.
• Strong foundational knowldge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical engineering fundamentals.
• Analytical and systematic problem solving.
• Basic knowledge of programming and industrial control systems is a plus.
• Willing to travel abroad frequently for assignments.
• Able to work overtime when neccessary

• Coordinate with Structural, Architectural, and M&E teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure timely progress and compliance with safety and regulations.
• Conduct QA/QC and enforce safety on-site.
• Prepare progress and handover reports.
• Handle additional assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalents.
• Working experience in A1/A2 building companies is preferred.
