As an Electrical and Electronic Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining electrical systems and electronic equipment. This includes working on components such as circuits, microprocessors, sensors, power generation and distribution systems, and control systems, applying your technical expertise to meet the needs of clients, manufacturers, or specific industries.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency with electrical engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, LabVIEW, PSpice, etc.).
• Solid understanding of circuit design, PCB layout, and embedded systems.
• Experience with power electronics, automation, and control systems.
• Familiarity with microprocessors, sensors, IoT devices, and communication protocols (e.g., Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, SPI, I2C).

Overview:

Our client is seeking a skilled and proactive SIEM Detection Engineer to join their cybersecurity team. This role is critical in the engineering, development, and continuous improvement of threat detection use cases within their SIEM platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and tuning custom detection rules, mapping existing capabilities to the MITRE ATT&CK framework, and collaborating with the SOC to improve overall detection and prevention measures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, test, and refine new detection use cases within the SIEM platform.
• Enhance and optimize existing detection use cases using Machine Learning and User & Entity Behavior Analytics (UEBA).
• Map detection use cases to the MITRE ATT&CK framework to evaluate and ensure comprehensive monitoring coverage.
• Maintain and update threat detection playbooks, processes, and documentation.
• Collaborate with the SOC team to continuously improve detection and prevention capabilities.
• Identify gaps in SIEM coverage and implement new use cases to address blind spots.
• Work with the log onboarding team and SIEM architect to validate log sources and ensure compliance with CIM standards.
• Partner with Service Operations to improve processes, documentation, and overall service quality.
• Provide governance on topics related to operational stability.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SIEM use-case engineering, with 5+ years in cybersecurity.
• Strong experience working in a security operations role.
• Proficiency with Splunk Enterprise Security (ES) and developing/tuning detection use cases (Correlation Searches) based on Data Models.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning and Risk-Based Monitoring in Splunk is a plus.
• Expertise in analyzing and interpreting security logs to identify potential threats and attack patterns.
• Experience with the Common Information Model (CIM) for validating data sources.
• Ability to create and use data models in Splunk for threat detection.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts and the attack lifecycle.
• Familiarity with the MITRE ATT&CK framework and applying it to threat detection.
• Experience in creating interactive dashboards, alerts, and reports in Splunk.

Job Description

• Perform mechanical & thermal analysis and characterization of advanced IC packages
• Build up new mechanical & thermal capabilities with latest simulation and characterization technologies
• Design advanced packages for customers to meet their reliability and manufacturability specifications & needs

Requirements

• Degree / Master in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Solid knowledge on FEM & mechanics of material
• Mechanical modeling experience for IC package’s stress & warpage, board-level reliability such as drop test & TCOB using simulation software such as Ansys or Abaqus is a must
• Thermo-mechanical modeling experience for IC assembly molding process, die stress/shifting in WLCSP, and wire bonding using simulation software such as Ansys & Abaqus is preferable
• Mechanical and reliability test experience such as drop test, TCOB test, warpage measurement, bending test, material strength test is highly desirable
• Thermal Modeling experience using CFD software such as Flotherm / Icepak is highly desirable
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Keen for R&D activities in IC packaging technology development, package’s mechanical & thermal analysis/ design/ optimization/ characterization

Description

You will help complete projects in the deployment and maintenance of compute servers, including cabling infrastructure and DCIM elements. You will provide DC incident management and change control to prevent and/or manage failure scenarios leading to the recovery of services with improvement plans to mitigate future occurrence. A proven track record in vendor management for infrastructure expansion, enforce compliance with technical specifications and quality standards is also needed. You will lead material movements with Engineers, Project Managers and/or Customer Business teams on executing movements within required delivery timelines. Ensure required actions are implemented in Apple systems to facilitate job function, identify issues and perform Root Cause Analysis to prevent future operational impact.

Minimum Qualifications

• Expertise with data center operational tasks, including rack sizing, construction, equipment installation and decommissioning. Willing to do hands-on activities.
• Hands-on experience with various copper and fiber cabling structures, cable infrastructure design and labeling methodology.
• Expertise with break-fix and incident management.
• Experience with DCIM (Data Centre Infrastructure Management) tools. Hands-on operations in securing and monitoring equipment with enterprise level management tools.
• Possesses a global perspective with the ability to understand and work effectively in a culturally diverse organization
• The proven ability to manage key stakeholder interests while at the same time managing conflicting priorities and business interests.

Preferred Qualifications

• Must be capable of independent problem solving and self-motivated.
