Admission and Service Centre (AASC) has a team of financial counsellors who provides timely and accurate financial estimates information on patient’s hospital stay based on treatment or procedure. • Conduct financial counselling to patient/NOK on the estimated hospital bills, available subsidies and schemes and various modes of payment.

Duties and Responsibility·

Assist Project Manager to oversee all daily construction activities on site to meet project progress and quality goals.

· Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with safety and environmental regulations

· Ensure all works are carried out in compliance to QA/QC requirements

· Convey proper instructions to subcontractors to ensure all installation works are executed in accordance with approved construction drawings details

· To manage construction difficulties, safety risk and other technical issues

· Prepare installation sequence & micro schedule for respective façade elements according to construction drawings

· Coordinate with Subcontractors on all matters pertaining to site installation and quality issues

· Monitor and update daily project/site progress report

· Maintain proper records of Site Inspection Reports, materials deliveries and site activities
