Responsibilities

· Responsible on project tender and proposal

· Assist and follow up on pre and post tender clarification

· Preparation of tender submission documents and compile of proposal

· Adhere to proposal submission by deadline

· Prepare the proposal for management approval

· Assist in paper work and follow up with affiliates if necessary

Requirements

· Bachelor Degree in Business Management or other related discipline

· At least 1 year experience in project proposal or sales coordinator

· Prior experience in petrochemicals and offshore field is preferred

· Keen eye for exploring business opportunities

· Driven, passionate about sales

· Strong sales acumen

· Good in establishing rapport with all levels of people

· Excellent communication skill in English and Chinese, Mandarin to communicate with the Chinese/ Mandarin speaking stakeholders and vendors easily.

· Negotiation skills, risk analysis skill, high level of business acumen

· Possess good attitude, Proactive

· Project Management skill will be advantageous

· Able to work in fast-paced environment and meet tight schedules independently.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement test hardware and software for validating product functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Create automated test systems and procedures to ensure consistent and repeatable test results.
• Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain test fixtures, equipment, and associated software for in-house and production testing.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to identify and address test-related issues.
• Analyze test data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements to product design or test processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing test hardware and software, preferably for complex electromechanical systems.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB, or C/C++.
• Knowledge of hardware design and schematic interpretation to develop custom test fixtures.
• Experience with data acquisition systems, signal processing, and instrumentation.
• Familiarity with communication protocols (e.g., I2C, SPI, UART, Ethernet) and interfaces (e.g., GPIB, USB).
• Ability to integrate sensors, actuators, and control systems into test setups.
• Experience in using software tools for simulation, debugging, and automation.
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software in testing environments.

Electrical Engineer Responsibilities:

• Designing, maintaining, implementing, or improving electrical instruments, facilities, components, equipment products, or systems for industrial, commercial, or domestic purposes.
• Performing a wide range of engineering tasks by operating computer-assisted design or engineering software and equipment.
• Conferring with customers, engineers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering products or projects.
• Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications, technical drawings, or topographical maps.
• Establishing construction, manufacturing, or installation standards or specifications by performing a wide range of detailed calculations.
• Ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements by directing or coordinating installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support, or testing activities.
• Writing reports and compiling data regarding existing and potential electrical engineering projects and studies.
• Preparing specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials.

Electrical Engineer Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering degree from an accredited school.
• Licensed as a professional engineer.
• Experience in using or a desire to learn the required software.
• Knowledge of applicable codes related to electronic engineering.
• Proficient in design and calculation software.

The BMS Engineer deployed on site is required to perform planned and ad-hoc maintenance works including supervise the Technicians and Contractors in carrying out the works in specific projects. The BMS Engineer should also possess good communication skills and be able to relate to different levels of people. The BMS Engineer should also be proactive in learning and implementing of new technologies on site. The BMS Engineer will also be holding a concurrent role of TE and will discharge his/her duty accordingly to the requirement of the BMS Engineer.

What you will be doing:

• Perform maintenance services and supervise contractors / vendors in the delivery of equipment.
• Assist in implementing the quality maintenance program and complying with government/statutory regulations
• Assist in managing minor projects or improvement works or repair & replacement (R&R) works and supervise the works
• Prepare and justify for variation of works
• Ensure that works are completed on time and as per contract requirements
• Establish good relations between own team members and building owners
• Ensure all fault cases are promptly followed up and closed in the CMMS / Helpdesk
• Work closely with Client’s FM team to understand the needs and requirements of the end users
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Client/ESS team
• On daily basis, follow up on anomalies or faults detected from the use of the BMS to optimize the building equipment;
• Deep dive into building function and equipment to improve energy efficiencies and eliminate intermittent faults, derive new fault rules specific and relevant to the Sites; and
• Manage, operate, configure, modify and perform troubleshooting on the BMS system.

You are:

• Possess a diploma in Building, Facilities, Engineering or relevant disciplines from a recognized establishment with a minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in BMS.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experiences in facility management works
• Trained in Building Management System
• Fluent with Microsoft Office
