Programme Management:

• Oversight of the IT programme, track the projects’ progress to ensure projects are on track and aligned with overall IT programme timeline.

Project Delivery:

• Work with relevant parties (delivery teams, vendors, ops users, etc) to procure, perform installation, setup, testing and full-dress rehearsals of application systems for the commissioning of new hospital services / facilities (wards/beds/clinics/etc).
• Facilitate and participate in cluster / institution workflow study, workgroup discussion to provide IT advice, including driving National IT initiatives adoption.
• Plan and track the required activities for IT readiness, deployment, and implementation.
• Tracking of key performance indicators for institution / cluster projects such as timely project delivery, quality of systems delivered, user satisfaction of systems delivered, etc.
