Qualifications and Experience and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, export controls, and customs compliance. (e.g. ITAR) or a related role is an advantage.
• Occasional overseas travelling is required.

Requirements

Solid experience in any of technologies: Java, NodeJS, Ruby on Rails, .Net , Agile, ReactJs
Experience with version control systems such as Git, Continuous Integration (Bamboo/TeamCity)
Experience developing in Mac/Linux environment
Experience working in agile teams – TDD, Pair programming, Scrum, XP
Familiar with both Windows and UNIX/Linux servers, Design Patterns, Unit Testing

• Understanding and carrying out all tasks given by the Senior Engineer.
• Collaborating with other engineers and workers to design, develop, test, and improve products and engineering processes.
• Ensuring all expenses stay within the allocated budget.
• Performing regular inspections of equipment and scheduling maintenance or repairs.
• Providing assistance to different staff or engineering teams.
• Inspecting inventory and reporting inconsistencies as well as ordering more materials.
• Producing CAD drawings according to specifications.
• Evaluating all products and processes and ensuring standardization of quality assurance measures.
• Participating in various learning experiences, which may include attending workshops and training sessions.
• Calibrating and troubleshooting equipment as required.

Responsibilities:

• To lead a team of AE / Technicians to carry out all the Test related activities for Server & Rack products for the production

• To support & implement PXE Server configuration for the products

• Perform & maintain the Server & Rack run-in test process

• Perform & maintain the burn-in & power test process

• To liaise with customer & HQ / factory on the test program implementation and maintenance

• To test and analyze all failures in the production products and work back with customer & HQ / factory for improvement

• Participate in the Kaizen activities

• To update the test program master list & tracking

• To prepare and update Working Instruction

• To provide training over W/I to production

• To support the NPI Process

• To support production on the mass run

• Participate in ISO activities (implementation & maintenance)

Requirements:-

• Min. Diploma in Engineering discipline with min 3 years relevant experience in Server / Rack/ Manufacturing environment

• Ability to work with the customer, HQ / factory, Peers / Subordinate and Superiors

• SAP & Linux knowledge

• Able to multi-task & work under pressure

• Good understanding of test methods and concepts

• Knowledge of programming and debugging skills
