Position Summary:

Lumileds is seeking a highly-qualified Engineer to take responsibility for Equipment ownership, ensuring equipment indices like MTBF, MTTR, uptime are met. What You Will Do:

• Equipment owner for PVD (Sputtering or evaporation) tool of Thermal Processing (Furnace or Rapid Thermal Process) tool.

• Establish sufficient essential spares and consumables stock levels to support equipment maintenance.
• Lead and guide shift technicians on all equipment maintenance. Provide effective equipment trainings to the technicians to build up their technical competencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager. Duties will vary according to the project progress and/or the specific goals of the module.
