• Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
• Maintaining the configuration of the system.
• Liaising with OEM/Vendor/subcontractor for technical support.

Requirements:

• At least 2 – 3 years’ onsite Systems Engineer experience
• Good understanding of Infra system design
• Excellent communication skills with customers
• Keen sense of urgency for service performance issues
• Diploma or Degree in any IT discipline or equivalent
