• Review of M&E system design with a view of future maintenance needs
• Managing and participating in testing and commissioning of building M&E system
• Management of facilities handover (including associated trainings, communications and related defects issues) to maintenance contractors and end users
• Managing and monitoring of project schedule, preparing and submission of claims, managing claims schedule, processes and procedures
• Leading outsource facilities management team in day-to-day M&E activities (including vendor management, reviewing and recommending preventive / corrective maintenance, planning and scheduling of preventive maintenance works and future upgrading works which may be required)
• Developing, implementing, reviewing and maintaining maintenance / emergency process, standard operating procedure, etc.

Join the Data Strategy & Analytics Division (DSAD) team to grow Company into a data-mature organization where we use data pervasively and securely to deliver on our business missions:

• Develop and drive Company’s data strategy, including LOIs, data competency, and maintaining strong links with CIO Office
• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive data governance and management framework that complies with WOG requirements
• Implement Lines of Inquiries
• Support data management and exploitation
• Develop MLOps and instill best practices

What you will be working on

As a Data Engineer within DSAD, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing data pipelines, ensuring the seamless flow and integrity of data across our organization. Your expertise in data pipeline management, automation, MLOps, data governance, and infrastructure architecture will contribute significantly to our mission of leveraging data to drive innovation and operational excellence. We are looking for a candidate who embodies our core values of integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement, and who is passionate about harnessing the power of data to achieve our strategic objectives.

• Data Pipeline Management, Automation, and MLOps Proficiency
  Manage and optimize multi-stage data pipelines for various use cases, from data acquisition to consumption
  Automate data preparation and integration tasks using innovative tools and techniques
  Apply MLOps principles to integrate machine learning models efficiently with data pipelines and infrastructure
• Data Governance, Cataloging, and Collaboration
  Work closely with data governance teams to ensure data is accurately cataloged and available for governed reuse
  Collaborate with AI engineers to optimize data solutions for machine learning projects, focusing on data flow and accessibility
• Infrastructure Architecture and Data Modeling
  Design and manage scalable data infrastructure using cloud services like AWS

What we are looking for

• Tertiary qualifications in computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, data management, information systems, information science, or a related quantitative field
• A minimum of six years of experience in data management disciplines, including data integration, modeling, optimization, and data quality
• At least three years of experience in cross-functional team collaboration and supporting data management/analytics initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to work creatively and collaboratively with both business and IT teams
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and earn the respect of stakeholders at all levels
• Confident, energetic self-starter with a commitment to ethics, regulatory compliance, customer service, and business integrity
• Highly adaptable and committed to excellence in a dynamic business environment

SERVICE ENGINEER

Main Duties

The ideal candidate will be involved with equipment installation, after-sales services such as calibration, certification and preventive maintenance, and service documentation and reports. Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, independent, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

· Field service support for Esco products

· Handle all breakdown calls in the earliest response time

· Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and effectively manage customer expectations

· Prepare field service reports and related documentation.

· Monitors repairs and maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency and to target required hours for machine repair

· Responsible for decisions when to instigate the escalation process in order to resolve a customer concern/issue.

· Perform troubleshooting, commissioning, certification of units promoted

· Provides effective teamwork, building a strong relationship with customer contacts

· Carry out hands-on training for field service organizations internationally when needed

The Ideal Candidate Would Possess:

· Diploma or Degree in Engineering

· With at least one (1) year working experience in equipment repair and troubleshooting

· Good command of spoken and written English

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills

· Willing to travel locally and abroad

Main Activities:

• 50% on board

• 50% support at the office

• Perform servicing, repairs and maintenance on related industrial equipment (diesel engine, auxiliary engine, Volumetric Meter,etc)

• Good knowledge of high speed diesel engine

• Able to prepare a hand-written work done, with data recorded as per format templates and service report with photos, upon completion of job.

• Experience in handling harbourcraft vessels/small barges operation or coastal bunkering operation

• Liaise with customers on delivery schedule by bunker barges and requirement

Requirements:

• Certificates or Higher in any Marine or Mechanical or Automotive or Engine or equivalent engineering

• Min 2 years of working experience in Engine, Genset or automotive or Marine industries

• Familiar with Singapore port waters

• Valid MPA Helmsman / Steerman (Port limit) license is an advantage but not a must

• Good knowledge in MS Office.
