Job Description:

· Respond and attend to guest repair requests.

6. Documentation: Prepare detailed calculation, reports and documentation for clients, outlining green building strategies, quantifying carbon emissions, and highlighting the environmental benefits. Maintain accurate records of project-related information.
7. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, advancements in green building practices, carbon accounting and reporting methodology. Continuously enhance expertise through training and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Post-diploma or bachelor’s degree in architecture, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, or related field.
• Professional certification such as GHG Professional/ LEED AP/ GMAP/ GMAAP is highly desirable.
