- Review and contribute to test planning and design for SIT and UAT

- Clarify test findings escalated by Test Manager and classify the findings accordingly (either as a defect or change request)

- Provide input to impact assessment and estimation for Project Change Request

- Manage and work with vendor and internal teams to successfully deliver committed scope for AML systems

- Manage and work with stakeholders during all phases of system changes delivery

- Coordinate and plan with Infra and change management teams for application deployment activities in Devops environment.

- Conduct technical delivery/process knowledge and best practices sharing/training sessions with internal teams to help improve overall delivery competency level.

Key Requirements:

Skills & Experience

- AML system enhancements delivery experience in the banking industry

- Hands on experience in design and configurations/development work for the Net reveal AML application

- Experience in leading, with good results, design gathering and design workshops with users as part of project delivery or defects fix it work

- Strong Oracle SQL, PL/SQL and Unix skills

We are supporting all our customers 24x7 with a Follow-the-Sun support model on weekdays and periodically on-call rosters during the weekend. (Not a shift worker)

· Act as a Subject matter expert in the Quality Management and Assurance domain and be part of a larger team responsible to incubate ideas to improve VF’s operational effectiveness.

· Drive harmonization, simplification and identify process improvement opportunities across the Global Quality Platform.

· Support execution of Quality strategic initiatives, including digital roadmap, system implementation and transformation.

· Derive business insights from analysis of quality performance data.

· Proactively foster internal and external relationships (i.e factories, software providers) to execute projects and drive system and process improvements.

· Lead x-functional global projects through effective project management.

· Prepare presentation documents, lead training, and assist in presenting findings to all levels of management.

· Map and document Global Quality Processes and KPIs.

Minimum Relevant Experience:

2- 4 years

Minimum Academic Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree Preferred

Major Subjects:

Quality Management / Business Management / Supply Chain, / Data Science / Engineering / Mathematics / Finance or related analytic field

Required Professional Qualification:

· Operations and project management experience – Prior experience (2-4 years) in strategy, management consulting, finance, operations, retail/consumer products, project management, system transformation or similar supply chain role. BA/BS required.

· Computer Skills – Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Tableau / Power BI / Quality System Modules preferred.

· Problem Solver & Drive results - Can proactively identify opportunities, solve problems, manage multiple priorities, influence stakeholders, and drive results through effective and autonomous project management.

Other Requirements:

- Proficient in English (Written and Oral)

- Experience leading regional or global projects

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Familiar with 5S / ISO 9001 / 8D problem solving

- Knowledge of SPC, CPK and Six Sigma disciplines, FMEA / PMP would be advantageous

- Manufacturing Quality Operations knowledge preferred

- Technical documents writing experience

- Proficient in MS Office applications: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint

- Proficient in use of common applications: Smartsheet, Tableau, PowerBI is a bonus
