1. Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, including data input, calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes.
2. Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, bonuses, commissions, and other payroll-related payments.
3. Review and reconcile payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
4. Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and provide timely and accurate responses.
5. Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data with other HR and accounting systems.
6. Stay updated on relevant employment legislation, tax regulations, and statutory requirements to ensure compliance.
7. Prepare payroll-related reports for management, government agencies, and auditors as required.
8. Assist in the implementation of payroll system upgrades or enhancements.
9. Participate in payroll-related projects and initiatives as needed.
