1. Field Service Operations:

a. Carry out schedule and retrofits automatic door parts; mechanical, electrical and electronic

b. Troubleshoot and conduct site check on the automatic entrance and propose parts recommendations for user consideration

c. Provide site report to client for the purpose of completion of works,

d. Testing/commissioning. Decommissioning and conduct risk assessment of all automatic entrance related system and products

2. Others:

a. Propose upgrades of automatic door entrances as well as providing feasible solutions to clients existing door entrances

b. Keeping assigned service vehicle in good road worthy condition and to upkeep vehicles cleanliness and hygiene at all times

c. Keep updated on product information and technical know-how for both ASSA ABLOY products and competitor’s product

d. Maintaining all tools and equipment provided in a good working condition and to exchange timely when tools/equipment provided are found damaged or reasonably wear and tear observed

 Any Other duties assign by the management or your immediate superior

The Role

• Support the pharmacist in the daily operational execution of the pharmacy to ensure that it operates smoothly
• Ensure Preparation of prescription and pharmacy-only medications based on prescription are accurate and efficient and to minimize dispensing error
• Control and monitor dispensing stock, OTC, Surgical and Health Supplements to ensure optimal stock and minimal stock wastage due to the expiry of drugs
• Conduct investigation for stock discrepancies
• Provide good customer service to customers so that their needs are met and sales are closed

About You

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Healthcare Support (Pharmacy Support)
• Able to perform at retail working hours
• Highly motivated team player with good communication skills

QUALITY TECHNICIAN, IPM

Overview

To perform incoming inspection of purchased material.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent receiving inspections of raw materials and incoming parts to ensure parts meet quality standards.
• Review material certifications against drawings and purchase order to ensure compliance to specifications.
• Document all inspection and test results appropriately to ensure the integrity of the quality data recording and reporting process.
• Respond timely to requests for engineering assistance and inspections.
• Identify and segregate non-conforming material.
• Re-inspect sorted or reworked material as required.
• Perform First Article Qualification to ensure part compliance.
• Comply and adhere to company Quality Management System and Environment, Health & Safety requirements.
• Perform other tasks assigned by Supervisor.

Your Profile

• ITE, NTC, NITEC with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience or Diploma in related fields with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must have experience in using basic measurement instruments and First Article Qualifications
• Preferably have GD&T knowledge

System Analyst – 50-60%
• Existing business process and application evaluation
• Identify and proposed system requirement/improvement
• User coordination, change process management
• User requirement gathering, process documentation
• Understanding of software project management process
• Interface documentation/technical documentation verification
• User training/ on new/improved system and provide support
• User guide documentation

1st Level Business Application Support -40-50%
• Validate reported issues and escalate when necessary
• Program change testing/validation
• Data and process validation
• Be the bridge between end users and software vendors

Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Business IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Min 3 years working experience as Business Analyst
• Proven work experience as a process analyst, business analyst etc.
• Hands on experience with software project documentation
• Good knowledge of business information systems, and ERP system like Oracle, SAP,
Navision etc.
• 1st level business application support experience
