Systems Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

Central Banking & Devt Platforms Div

Sitting within Information Technology Department, the Systems Analyst is responsible:

• • Manage the technical requirements and technical design aspects of the project.
• • Analyse the Authority’s needs, scope the problem and develop technical use case to address the problem.
• • Map and review the business requirements to technical design.
• • Document requirements, source and evaluate alternatives, and recommend solution that best fits the Authority’s needs.
• • Work with the Authority’s users to ensure smooth deployment and adoption of new solution.

Perform analysis.

1. a. Technical Analysis Planning and Monitoring: Identify stakeholders, techniques, and processes to manage, track and trace requirements.
2. b. Enterprise Analysis: Refine and clarify business need, define solution scope, and develop use case.
3. c. Requirements Analysis: Assess current state, analyse stated requirements of stakeholders, and elaborate to sufficient detail that accurately defines business need within specified scope.
4. d. Solution Assessment and Validation: Source and evaluate alternatives to identify solution that best fits business need, identify gaps, and determine workarounds/changes to the solution. Assess deployed solutions to see how well they met the original need.
5. e. Manage conflicts, issues, and changes to ensure stakeholders and project team remain in agreement on solution scope, communicate and manage expectations of stakeholders.

Technical Skills Set and Experience

1. a. Writes clearly and articulate technical documentation.
2. b. Experience in development (.NET framework preferred), secure coding, DevSecOps process and support/maintenance of existing system.
3. c. Prepare end user documentation (training manual, user manual, business process flows) on the operation or maintenance of technical systems.
4. d. Assists with the documentation of technical design, specification, and technical solution.
5. e. Ability to interact with SMEs (Subject matter Experts) and grasp a good technical understanding.
6. f. Gather user feedback to update and improve documentation content.
7. g. Maintains document repositories used by project teams and assists with project documentation as needed.

Job Scope:-

• Response to customer reported fault and/or requested service through on site visit or remote programming/reftification
• Carried out faulty items vertification before final RMA
• Assist in projects such as project management, installation, integration, configuration, analysis of possible solution, preventive-maintenance and third party testing as well as carried-out demo
• Perform day-to-day telephony support function for customer locally as well as regional offices
• Provide support backup to contact centre activities as well as maintaining technical interface relationship with vendor/supplier
• Perform preventive maintenance for customer as allocated and scheduled.
• Daily liaison with networking team to ensure telephony configurations are edequate and appropriate.

Job Description:

• To carry out water sampling for process unit and send to lab for analysis and follow up with the recommendation in process.
• Operate Boiler / Evaporator / cooling tower / RO in the WasteWater Plant
• Control Panel operation through SCADA system to monitor and adjust process parameters.
• To update test result in data system
• To handle general workers in the plant for daily plant works and chemical handling
• To maintain all the process units/ pumps and equipment’s and instrument in good condition.
• To support shift ad-hoc operation

Requirement:

• Education – N Level & above (equivalent in O Level with high experience in the relevant field to be considered)
• Skills - Basic English communication includes reading and writing skill
• Abilities – Ability to work independently
• Other characteristics such as personal characteristics – Team player with interpersonal skills (gentle, considerate and patient)
• People certified with Forklift / WAH/ OPSOC / Boiler attendant class-2 have added advantage.

Responsibilities

· Manage all aspects of the project to ensure it is completed on time, within budget and meet all contractual requirements

· Lead and manage the project team

· Interpret the Contract and extract all essential information with the project team for the efficient and effective management of the project to meet its objectives

· Identify all contractual system requirements and all other deliverables and responsible for managing system designs, reviews and all deliverables. Analyze and define all project materials and service purchases based on cost optimization and appropriate risk management

· Perform day to day coordination, risk management, liaison, control and supervision of resources including all project team members, sub-contractors, internal and external project related parties and customers to ensure that the project meets its objectives

· Provide regular project reports/updates to customers, internal departments and management

· Monitor all payment milestones to ensure timely billing in accordance to the planned scheduled

Requirements

· Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communications Engineering, or equivalent

· Minimum 5 years relevant work experience, including at least 3 years’ experience in communications project management

· Experience in satellite communications network and equipment is preferred

· Strong project & people management skills

· Excellent communication and problem solving abilities

· Able to work within tight schedules

· Self driven and good team player
