• Communicates and collaborates Shift Manager / Production Support for all the operations to be executed, in solving any anomalies occurred and suggesting possible solutions
• During the shift controls that the work progress in line with scheduling. Assures registration of SIC ( Short Interval Control) data which contributes to the control program DWOR ( Daily Weekly Operating Report)
• Maintains a high level of cleaning in the working area dedicating parts of the working hours to housekeeping operations of the department areas and equipment following the indication of the Shift Manager/Production Control
• Any other general administrative duties/ad-hoc projects as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Requirements

• Min NITEC / Diploma in Chemical Engineering / Chemical process tech

• Focus: Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance used in the manufacturing process.
• Office location: Singapore, Woodlands
• Working hours: 12 hours Shift works
• This role will start off as contract position

The Talent

· Min preferably ITE or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering/Electronics

· Technical Skills in electro-mechanical equipment or work in closely related role

· Exposure in semiconductor/manufacturing environment

MAIN FUNCTIONS

· Dismantling of parts from the PM assemblies and pack to send to external vendor for cleaning

· Perform assemblies cleaning in chemical hoods

· Cleaning of ceramic insulators using chemical (10/90 IPA) and Carbolite Oven.

· Cleaning of metal parts using chemical (10/90 IPA) and DI water

· Collection of cleaned PM parts from receiving dock and Assemblies rebuild

· Sorting and packaging of cleaned and used parts

· Disposal of scrapped parts, solvent and acid waste

· Cleaning of trolleys, ovens and metal racks

· Preparation and delivery of parts to fab environment and warehouse and perform monthly PM on chemical hoods

· Checking inventory, Packing of items into boxes and housekeeping of work area

Administrative tasks:

· Update daily activities in tracking system

· Create/update parts information in parts tracking system

· Prepare shipping document

· Housekeeping of Rebuild room
