QUALITY ENVIROMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ENGINEERS

• Responsible for performing duties in accordance with quality system requirements as the voice of customers, understand customer specific requirement and expectation to deliver “Customer satisfaction and complaint. Analyse and proper handling of customer complaint, return products and corrective action verification and tracking of customer Engineering change to ensure the ECN is implement.
• To lead and provide support to customer audit and participate in new projects: PPAP submission to understand meet customer quality requirements.
• Access and manage all customer web quality reporting and co-ordinate with internal team on new updated documents.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering or its equivalent with min 5 years working experience in automotive industry environment.
• Knowledge in Minitab application, EMS 14001, ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 QMS
• PFMEA, CP SPC, 5 why’s, fault tree analysis tools, 8-D problem solving and DMAIC report methodology
• Proficient in Microsoft, possess good working knowledge of QC Tools, GD&T, statistical process control and problem solving knowledge
• A team player with good interpersonal and communication skill and have a strong interest in pursuing technical solutions and breakthroughs

General Purpose/Scope

• Support in process improvements, customer returns, cycle time reduction and scrap reduction initiatives.

Essential Job Duties

• Work closely with Process/Manufacturing Engineer to monitor and improve the process capability.
• Ensure the scrap, production yield and cycle time reduction targets are met.
• Review process issues, NCR and conduct failure analysis.
• Updating of Manufacturing work instructions/routers.
• Participate in cross-functional teams on various improvement projects.
• Conduct Evaluations/Special Build Request.
• Support QA for failure analysis and identification of corrective action for customer returns and internal CAR’s.
• Preparation of the failure analysis report on customer return parts.
• Co-ordinate and expedite First article build with Production.
• Participate as a team player in maintaining a conducive, healthy & safe work environment.
• Maintains good housekeeping, safety and discipline in work area.
• Hands-on experience in assembly of prototype module.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering is preferred
• 3 to 5 years working experience in manufacturing environment

Service Engineer (Factory Automation / Logistics Automation)

Job Description:

• Handle the Installation, supervision, commissioning and troubleshooting of company's products and systems with a focus on Track and Trace related Code Scanning and RFID Solutions.
• Responsible to complete all assigned tasks in collaboration with HQ Technical Support team and Service Team to resolve challenges.
• Initiate self-competency development to complete assigned tasks and ensure they are well equipped to perform the expected work.
• Monitor and track common faults/failures in the equipment and feedback to any relevant Product Team and Headquarters.
• Site coordination with customers and partners to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Aid in preparation of clear site reports on issues, any causes identified, any actions done and / or to be followed up.
• Conduct training for customers, partners, and peers.
• Provide phone and email support, as requested.
• Support pre-sales site survey for upgrade or retrofit projects.
• Assist in obtaining customer feedback on services rendered.
• Remain compliant to all company and department policies, workflows, and processes as well as customer safety regulations.

Job Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Automation/Engineering Discipline or any other relevant ones.
• Minimum 1-3 years of industrial equipment/system service experience.
• Willing to travel for any overseas assignments (if required).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with stakeholder efficiently and effectively, building good rapport with them.
• Possess an Inquisitive and eager to learn mindset to understand system design and technology in-depth.
• Identification of root causes and recommended actions.
• Determined and proactive mindset to look for help and alternatives to ensure timely resolution of challenges.
