Requirements

• Degree in IT or related field, with at least 5 years in information security, especially in the application security space.

About the role

Duty Engineer

The Duty Engineer plays a crucial role in overseeing all engineering operations within the hotel. This includes delegating tasks to subordinates, coordinating engineering activities, and implementing preventive maintenance programs. He/she will ensure compliance with maintenance standards, monitor supplies, and respond to emergency breakdowns. • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Engineering

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT Operations and IT Service Management, including process improvement. Proven proficiency in Agile methodologies for operations management.
