• Responsible for developing automation playbook/runbook/cookbook to automate tasks relating to service delivery and operation
• Responsible for implementing automation use cases in production and support to modification, and troubleshoot further
• Responsible for managing the automation platform in operations and making sure that the platform is available all the time

Responsibilities:

• Understand the automation specifics and concepts in day-to-day service delivery and operations in IT Managed Services
• Build and maintain automation runbook or playbook or cookbook using some of these automation technologies such as ansible, python, PowerShell, Chef (ruby) Terraform (HCL), groovy, JavaScript, and other scripting languages
• Operationalize and manage automation development to improve productivity
• Knowledge in developing automated scripts to test automation playbooks before operationalization
• Good understanding of code control and versioning of Infra-as-code (IaC)
• Good to know integration with tools such as ITSM and etc

• Preparation and assisting the Senior Mechanical Design Engineer in the mechanical design calculations, drawings, specifications, and tender documents for the design projects
• Participation in design progress and design coordination meetings
• Previous HVAC engineering experience and a subject matter expert in the discipline of HVAC engineering discipline are required
• Up-to-date relevant knowledge of the HVAC engineering and industry best practice, appropriate to the relevant discipline
• HVAC design contents as assigned
• Support the senior project team in the overall implementation of the HVAC engineering strategy and framework for the designated project
• Ensure all systems, design information, procedures, and quality systems are effectively communicated to subcontractor
• A degree in a relevant engineering discipline and a relevant professional qualification, such as MICE or MIStructE
• Review competitor's equipment and pricing references and provide valued engineering competitive Daikin product
• Develop Bid Documents including project specifications and detailed engineering drawings utilizing AutoCAD

The Cloud Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure on GCP. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IAM, Dataproc, and Vertex AI, and will be adept at optimizing cloud resources to support the company's data and AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage GCP infrastructure to support scalable and secure cloud solutions.
• Implement and manage IAM policies, roles, and permissions to ensure robust security and compliance.
• Develop and maintain Dataproc clusters for large-scale data processing and analytics.
• Utilize Vertex AI to build, train, and deploy machine learning models.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize cloud solutions for performance and cost efficiency.
• Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Stay current with GCP updates, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve cloud solutions.
• Provide guidance and support to development teams on cloud best practices and DevOps methodologies.

• 4+ years of professional experience as Cloud Engineer
• Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer with a focus on GCP.
• Hands-on experience with IAM, Dataproc, and Vertex AI.
• Strong understanding of cloud security best practices.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools such as Python, Terraform, or similar.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
