• Source, monitor and manage vendors to ensure the best-possible services are being offered and value for money and business needs
• Train employees on software and hardware matters, troubleshoot issues and provide technical support as and when required
• Develop and execute business continuity plans and maintain data backups
• Analyse business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across organization to develop solutions for IT needs.
• Carry out any other tasks assigned by the CEO and higher management

2. Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
• 2 years of experience in IT management
• Management and leadership skills
• Knowledge of programming languages and operating systems, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and systems performance monitoring
• Expertise in implementing, configuring, and testing IT solutions
• Strong creative and analytical thinking
• Ability to work under pressure, plan personal and team workload effectively, and delegate accordingly.

3. Work Schedule

5 days work week

Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for quality coordination and testing, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Identify and propose effective solutions to address quality-related issues, fostering continuous improvement in processes.
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles, maintenance processes, and repair work to verify adherence to quality standards.
• Ensure that vehicles are maintained in a safe and reliable manner, aligning with industry regulations and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to communicate and implement quality standards effectively across the organization.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 1 year of experience within the similar capacity.
• Keen interest in automotive-related work is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in relevant quality assurance processes will be an added advantaged.
