Specific Responsibilities:

3. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, locally and overseas.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners and clients.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies.
6. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any sales or service issues.
7. Monitor sales performance metrics and analyse sales trends for decision-making.
8. Lead efforts to expand into export markets, establishing new partnerships in targeted countries.
9. Represent the company in industry events and networking opportunities.
10. Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of products.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or home appliances sector.
2. Proven track record in sales team management and achieving sales targets.
3. Strong understanding of market trends in household appliances and customer behaviour.
4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
5. Ability to handle multiple client relationships and sales pipelines simultaneously.
6. Experience in export sales and establishing business in overseas markets is a plus.
7. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and Qoo10.
8. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in sales performance tracking tools.
9. Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
10. A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
