Team structure

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinates processes to support implementation and execution of audit plans.
• Works with internal team to determine and plan the scope and objective of audits.
• Develops the engagement plan related assigned audit plans specifying the client environment, defining the scope and objective of the audit, specifying the resource requirements and the engagement work program.
• Works with external stakeholders to coordinate reporting and ensure all stakeholders are aware of the audit details and areas of concern.
• Remains current with best practice and legislation and related business operational processes to enable analysis against related compliance and risks.
• Evaluates methods used by the company to protect its assets and assesses the relevance of safeguards.
• Professionally communicates audit findings to required stakeholders.
• Reviews outcome of audit process in terms of objectives, quality, completeness and feedback.
• Conducts audit finding presentations to audit committee and management.
• Provides objective evaluations of internal controls, risk management efforts and governance processes.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

• Bachelor's or equivalent degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Certification - Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or related designation.

Required Experience:

• Advanced experience in an auditing role gained within an IT Services environment.
• Advanced demonstrable experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Advanced experience auditing processes, financial information and IT systems.

• Analyze restaurant sales and profitability
• Responsible for developing and maintaining high standards relating to customer service, product quality and cleanliness
• Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of all outlets
• Ensure all operations are in accordance with company’s SOPs and safety and health standards
• To forecast the manpower needs and oversee the manpower deployment to ensure smooth outlet operations
• Serve as leadership role model to supervise and motivate outlet staff
• Manage and resolve staff grievances and disciplinary matters
• Oversee outlet and equipment maintenance
• Responsible for setting up of new outlets and other adhoc projects

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma
• At least 2 years of relevant managerial experience
• Possess strong analytical and good problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and people management skills
• Highly meticulous and have an eye for details
• Willingness to work shifts/weekends/evenings to support outlet operations

• Support the Operations and coordinate, scheduling, and supervise cleaning site staff.
• Responsible to inspect job sites for proper cleaning and inventory cleaning supplies.
• To attend to clients’ complaints promptly.
• To resolve employees problems efficiently without unnecessary delay.
• To be involved in the appointment of Supervisors and Cleaners.
• Ensure all works carried out by Supervisor and Cleaners as set out in their Job Descriptions are completed on time.
• Able to be hands-on when the situation requires and any other responsibility as assigned by superiors

1. Oversee and manage the full scope of HR functions including recruitment and selection , onboarding and orientation, compensation & benefits, training and development, performance management and termination.

2. Manage and guide a team of HR professionals to provide a holistic HR support system for the entire organization.

3. Enhance and implement the human resource management policies, programmes and practices of the organization.

4. Provide strategic human resource directions in the areas of employee value proposition, organisation branding, talent management, succession planning and manpower planning and budgetting.

5. Guide and support the various department heads in the use of human resource management systems and tools, for the purpose of strengthening and streamlining the HR processes.

Experience, Qualities and Qualifications

⁃ Minimum Bachelor's Degree in HR, Management or related fields.

⁃ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a HR Manager, including implementing HR strategies for an organization.

⁃ Willingness and ability to be involved in daily HR operations, as required.

⁃ Strong organizational, critical thinking and communication skills.

⁃ A team player who is able to fit in well with a supportive and collaborative team culture.

- Preferably relevant experience working in the Social Service Sectors.
