• Evaluate the prospective tenant’s proposal to make recommendation to approving parties for acceptance
• Negotiate and finalise rental and other terms and conditions with potential tenants
• Ensure tenant adheres to the lease terms following up from the signing of lease term to the opening of the stall

• Monitor all current and future vacancies to proactively react to future occupancy needs

• Acquire new SME clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals
