Job Description:
* Collaborate closely with business units to understand their hiring requirements and develop and implement innovative talent attraction strategies to source and hire qualified candidates
* Craft compelling job descriptions and advertisements that effectively communicate the organization's culture, values, and opportunities.
* Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including but not limited to job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.
* Partner and drive strategic alliances and partners such as educational institutions and government agencies
* Coordinate with hiring managers and HR partners to schedule interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate the overall recruitment process.
* Regularly track and report on key talent attraction metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing recruitment strategies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
* Stay informed about healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices that impact the recruitment process.
* Identify trends, competitor practices and analyse data to drive and influence the business unit with innovative talent attraction strategies
* Support HR digital transformation projects
Job Requirements: Min Degree in Human Resources / Business or similar w min 3 yrs of relevant talent acquisition experience in healthcare
