RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operations Management

• Have oversight of and final responsibility for production operations.

• Understand all operating expense drivers and strive to minimise expenses without compromise to safety or quality.

Professional qualifications and education requirements

The following is preferred but not a pre-requisite for this position

· ServiceNow Administration PPM Fundamentals

· Scrum Master Certification

· Project Management Certification eg Prince2, PMP, CPM

· ITIL Foundations
