Purpose of position

In the Cluster Supply Organisation, business specialists, business experts, engineer specialists, engineers and product owners work together as a team. We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join our dynamic team. The individual will be responsible for day-to-day management of Customer Agreements, Supply Contracts, Partnership Agreements, joint venture agreements, and other agreements in our business. This role plays the key figure supporting negotiations and be responsible for managing the contracting process of the deals, which involves preparing, reviewing, negotiating and executing range of contracts. This person would also need to work closely with legal counsels, commercial and operations team to facilitate successful contracting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the contract negotiation, finalization and execution for all contracts & agreements

• Ensures contract amendments and reviews are monitored, gathered and acted upon as appropriate
