• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including but not limited to job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.
• Partner and drive strategic alliances and partners such as educational institutions and government agencies such as e2i, WSG
• Coordinate with hiring managers and HR partners to schedule interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate the overall recruitment process.
• Regularly track and report on key talent attraction metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Stay informed about healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices that impact the recruitment process.
• Identify trends, competitor practices and analyse data to drive and influence the business unit with innovative talent attraction strategies
• Support HR digital transformation projects

• Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Proven experience in talent attraction, recruitment, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment-related tools.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges and devise innovative talent attraction strategies.

• Familiarity with healthcare industry dynamics, trends, and terminology is advantageous.
• Proficient in Google Workspace tools
• IHRP Certification would be advantageous
