• Prepare laboratory analysis, failure analysis reports.
• Conduct engineering failure analysis (FA) and materials-related testing to identify root cause of failures.
• Conduct polymer characterization tests on construction material (sealant, waterproofing membrane, etc.) such as thermal analysis, material type identification, material composition analysis.
• Ensure laboratory instruments and equipment are properly calibrated and maintained to meet relevant quality standards.
• Manage lab operation and supervise a team of five technicians.

Qualifications
