About the Team

Recommendation is one of the key product offerings for the AML team, which has fierce competitions around the world. We are now creating packaged solutions to share these advanced techniques with our business partners.

Responsibilities

- Build an end-to-end recommendation platform for enterprise clients, including data import, feature engineering, model training and inference, and online recommendation engine functionalities;

- Lead and participate in demand abstraction, feature research, system design, and PRD writing.

- Manage demand priorities, oversee the demand development and launch process, and collaborate with R&D, testing, and other teams to launch product functionalities.

- Deeply experience and contemplate the product, continuously iterate the product through data analysis, user research interviews, and other methods.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent is preferred;

- At least 2 years of working experience in search, advertising, recommendation platforms, or big data platform products;

- Excellent logical thinking and analytical skills, ability to learn quickly and think comprehensively and systematically;

- Good communication skills, strong project management abilities, and cross-team collaboration skills;

• Industry: Laboratory Specializing in Both Chemical & Microbiological Parameters
• Salary Up to $6,500 + Bonus
• Workings Day: 5 Days (Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday)

Ideal Candidate: Min 6 years working experience in ISO17025 laboratory and possesses SAC Singlas signatory for Microbiology &/or Bio-Molecular and laboratory operation and management experience.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background in Bio / Life Sciences & Microbiology, or Bio-Tech / Bio-Molecular Education, or equivalent with 12 years related laboratory experience (Masters & PhD preferred).
• Experienced with method-related tasks, including development, verification, validation, and enhancement.

• Possesses SAC Singlas signatory for Microbiology &/or Bio-Molecular and laboratory operation and management experience.

Job Description

• Acted as the primary liaison between the laboratory and clients for routine daily sample analysis.
• Organized and participated in workflow management and execution.
• Prioritization of urgent and regulatory testing.
• Recruitment of suitably qualified staff.
• Preparing advance rosters, including supervisory and signatory staff.
• Coordinating staff to meet KPIs related to turnaround times (TATs) and customer needs.
• Ensuring qualified and trained staff are available to meet TAT.
• Keep management informed of operational or productivity issues as they arise.
• Provide management with information for annual budgeting and monthly reporting, including resource usage and productivity metrics.
• Review and update laboratory procedures as needed.
• Validate and release test reports to customers.
• Train staff on test procedures, equipment operations, and laboratory protocols.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to testing methods or equipment.
• Write and execute method or equipment validation protocols.
• Initiate or revise procedures and forms, and conduct method validations.

• Research and spearhead operational improvement initiatives.
