Job Responsibilities

The Tunnel Manager/Deputy Tunnel Manager is responsible for but not limited to the following:

1．Prepare progress reports and provide insight in budgets, construction, and other project activities

2．Manage and be responsible for all aspects of construction works.

3．Close coordination with Main contractor, Design, Utility and stakeholders to ensure timely work completion.

4．Involve in the thorough review of method statements and risk assessment and technical submissions for structure construction and tunneling works for Client’s approval.

5．Responsible for the safety, quality, progress and environment impact of the works.

6．Site project management.

7．Overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets and prepare reports for submission to the Client.

8．Daily site activities planning, preparing work breakdown, daily site operations, site coordination, monitoring and reporting work progress.

9．Work closely with sub-contractors on project progress and ensure timely work arrangements.

10．Ensure that all the works are executed in accordance with approved Method Statement, Safety Procedure and Quality Methods.

11．Attend weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors on work progression and prepare monthly meeting progression report.

12．Ensure site safety & compliance to authorities’ requirements.

13．Arrange and conduct Daily Tool Box Talk, Control the labor force (or subcontractor).

14．Perform other related duties as required by Management.

REQUIREMENT :

1．Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

2．Tunnel Manager have at least 12 years’ tunnelling experience.

3．Deputy Tunnel Manager have at least 10 years’ tunnelling experience.

4．Good computer skill to fulfil the job functions (Office365 and Auto-Cad, etc.).

5．Good knowledge of local authority requirements and engineering standards

6．Able to do shift work (12hours)

7．Strong project management and leadership skills

The Solar Project Assistant Manager/Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of solar energy projects, from inception to completion. He plays a crucial role in the successful implementation of solar energy projects, balancing project management skills, technical expertise and environmental considerations.

Responsibilities

1. Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines, considering all necessary resources and permits.
2. Assemble and lead a team of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to execute the project efficiently.
3. Conduct site assessments to determine the feasibility of solar installations, considering factors like sun exposure, terrain, and environmental impact.
4. Ensure that all necessary permits and regulatory requirements are obtained and adhered to throughout the project.
5. Select and procure solar panels, inverters, and other equipment, considering cost-effectiveness and quality.
6. Assist in monitoring project budgets, control costs, and report financial progress to management.
7. Supervise the construction phase, ensuring that work is carried out safely, in compliance with WSH standards and according to design specifications.
8. Assist in implementing quality control measures to guarantee the performance and longevity of the solar energy system.
9. Keep the project on schedule and address any delays promptly to meet deadlines.
10. Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project success.
11. Maintain regular communication with management, clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
12. Oversee the commissioning and testing of the solar energy system to ensure it functions as intended.
13. Assist in preparing documentation and training, if applicable, for the handover of the completed project to the client
14. Provide ongoing support and maintenance as needed, and address any warranty issues.
15. Assist in promoting sustainable practices and ensure the solar project aligns with environmental and energy efficiency goals.
16. Prepare and deliver project progress reports to management and clients.

Requirements

1. Diploma/Degree in Engineering / Project Management or equivalent with at least 2 years relevant working experience preferably in solar related projects
2. Advantage to have knowledge in Solar Prephotovoltaic system and installation.
3. Possess good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
4. Willing to work beyond normal working hours as and when required
5. Willing to work within Ubi Crescent Vicinity
6. Able to commence work within short notice.

Be part of the building operations team to ensure effective maintenance and management of the property

Job Description/Responsibilities:

• To optimise operations of the asset’s equipment and systems
• To identify, initiate and execute special projects to improve and enhance the asset’s operations
• To attend to tenancy matters such as tenants' requests, feedback and conduct inspection for the handing of and taking over of tenanted premises
• To negotiate and manage effective building maintenance service contracts
• To plan and budget for the development’s operations and ensure that building works are carried out accordingly
• To ensure timely renewal and replacement of term contracts, building and regulatory licenses
• To lead and supervise the Operations team which may include Senior/ Building Executives, and Senior/ Technicians
• To liaise with Government bodies/ Consultants/ Architects/ Contractors on building matters
• Identify, develop and review staff’s training needs, skills and develop staff’s potential for the M&E and Housekeeping Department
• Supervise and uphold company’s policies and procedures to ensure compliance, safety, security and welfare of staff
• To ensure timely submission of Management reports, budget and ad hoc reports as and when assigned
• Any other tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor/management

Key Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent
• Certified as Environmental Control Officers for Specified Premise
