Purpose and Scope

Scrutinize and review major investments and advise on legal risk in industrial parks, ready built factories/warehouses (RBF/RBW) and commercial and residential property projects including M&A / divestments, corporate restructuring, leases and other contracting requirements for day-to-day business.

• Advising on Joint Venture matters (including JV governance).

The Audit Manager manages a portfolio of engagements which includes client acceptance, engagement planning, execution and finalization of an audit engagement.
