WHAT TO EXPECT

Your role is pivotal in ensuring our representatives meet the fit and proper standards under the Representative Notification Framework (RNF). You will handle thorough checks, manage timelines effectively, and prepare essential documents for onboarding and offboarding processes. To be successful in this role, you should be someone who is proactive and has strong organisational skills!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Responsible for fit & proper assessment applicable to the appointment of representatives under Representative Notification Framework (RNF) within agreed timeline, which includes:

• Conducting background checks & fit and proper assessment on each candidate
• Making recommendations on the suitability of each candidate
• Flagging out adverse findings and escalating of case for further evaluation
• Liaise with Compliance Team and various key management stakeholders to facilitate the licensing process and address any issues or concerns that may arise
• Ensure completeness of documentation for each candidate. To liaise with candidates, hiring manager and internal stakeholders on all matters relating to the recruitment of the candidate
• Ensuring that these policies are communicated effectively to all relevant stakeholders
• Provide regular statistics & report to Management and Distribution Channels related to candidate and appointment of representatives
• Conduct periodic declarations and checks on existing financial consultants
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding and assessment processes.

Support for other Distribution Support function such as:

• Representatives’ resignation process
• Reference check request
• Handles audit request related to fit & proper assessment
• Regular review of process to streamline and ensure relevancy
• Any other projects or tasks as assigned

WHO YOU ARE

• Degree or Diploma in any discipline
• At least 3 years’ experience in Distribution Support, particularly in MAS Representative Notification Framework (Highly preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Highly organized, focused, and able to work under tight timelines and pressure
• Ability to express thought process
• Independent, self-driven, results-oriented and team player
• Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

This role comes with good base salary and attractive bonuses depending on sales performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales support for a range of CCTV and network technical solutions, including proposal development and technical presentations
• Identify and develop business opportunities with clients, promoting solutions and delivering tailored technical proposals
• Design and deliver competitive product solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client needs are met, and provide technical expertise to drive sales growth
• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business and technical needs, and providing timely support for inquiries and technical issues
• Deliver product training to clients, enhancing their understanding and adoption of CCTV and network solutions

Job Requirements

• Proven experience with CCTV products and solutions
• At least 1 year of experience in the CCTV or networking domain
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to negotiate and align technical solutions with customer needs
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills, with experience in resolving complex technical issues
• Preferred certifications: CCNA, CCNP, or other relevant networking credentials

As a IT Manager | Desktop Support, the broad area of your job responsibilities will cover the following:

Ability to guide the team and resolve incident escalated by Desktop Support Assistant in confirming the validity of the problem and seeking and researching for known solutions related to these more complex issues.

Performed Desktop Support services to users
