RESPONSIBILITIES

• To fill up marketing-related forms (i.e Document Control Form, Document

JOB PURPOSE

The Customer Service Specialist is focused primarily on ensuring that all sales support and service activities are well-coordinated and completed within prescribed process guidelines in support of the sale branches. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

· Support and manage development of Cellular Modem systems and products.

· Monitor the results and quality of the different software ROMs and technical features implemented.
