Network and Server Maintenance

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and manage the health of network systems (routers, switches, firewalls).

Education and Experience

• Diploma or Professional Certification or Bachelor's Degree in IT or related Fields
• Preferably with 2 to 3 years experience in IT support, infrastructure deployment or systems administration

Technical Knowledge

• Knowledge in IT infrastruture with hands-on experience in hardware, servers, storage, netowrking and system setups.
• Proficiency in managing and deploying cloud-based services.

Manage the IT Support and staff to provide 1st level technical support;
