WHAT YOU’LL DO

Responsible for fit & proper assessment applicable to the appointment of representatives under Representative Notification Framework (RNF) within agreed timeline, which includes:

• Conducting background checks & fit and proper assessment on each candidate
• Making recommendations on the suitability of each candidate
• Flagging out adverse findings and escalating of case for further evaluation
• Liaise with Compliance Team and various key management stakeholders to facilitate the licensing process and address any issues or concerns that may arise
• Ensure completeness of documentation for each candidate. To liaise with candidates, hiring manager and internal stakeholders on all matters relating to the recruitment of the candidate
• Ensuring that these policies are communicated effectively to all relevant stakeholders
• Provide regular statistics & report to Management and Distribution Channels related to candidate and appointment of representatives
• Conduct periodic declarations and checks on existing financial consultants
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding and assessment processes.

Support for other Distribution Support function such as:

• Representatives’ resignation process
• Reference check request
• Handles audit request related to fit & proper assessment

WHO YOU ARE

• Degree or Diploma in any discipline
• At least 3 years’ experience in Distribution Support, particularly in MAS Representative Notification Framework (Highly preferred)

• Work with Relationship Managers and Service Experience Manager to structure and execute transactions for the most complex clients, and to manage portfolio with high operating exposures
• Prepare presentations, materials and serve as a subject matter expert for the department
• Manages "owning the customer experience" approach and effectively executes on all standard protocols regarding interactions with customers
• Conducts customer courtesy calls, by phone, promote relationship building and a positive customer experience during customer interactions and identify cross-sell opportunities
• Partner with Service Experience Manager to resolve issues and provide status updates on implementations
• Lead team and serve as a subject matter expert for the department
• Provide the same standard of customer care to our internal team members, who may in turn be servicing Wells Fargo’s financial institution customers in various countries across the globe
• Provide new hire and ongoing systems, processes, policies and procedures training
• Train and mentor less experienced Client Service Officers and may assist with their development

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 5+ years banking experience of international business, preferably payment and trade operation’s background and relevant product experience as it applies to financial institution clients.
• Client service experience for financial institutions clients in APAC South market is advantage.

• Work collaboratively in a small team with a receptive attitude that allows him/ her to take on additional tasks that ensure the smooth running of a small office
• Fluent in spoken and written English due to interactions across APAC South market and financial institutions clients; bilingual or multilingual is an added advantage
• Strong time management and prioritization, skills and ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and organization
• Self-motivated with a strong goal orientation and can work well in a team orientated environment.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the IT Manager and internal stakeholders to perform IT support functions effectively, ensuring seamless operations and efficient execution of tasks.
• Assist the Clinical Operations team by engaging multidisciplinary stakeholders (including doctors and clinic staff) and addressing diverse requirements and perspectives to enhance patient-centered care and organizational efficiency.
• Act as a liaison between users and IT vendors to facilitate the delivery of IT solutions and services.
• Configure and deploy new desktop and laptop computers, including the installation of required software and administration of Windows Active Directory (AD).
• Provide technical assistance to end-users, addressing various issues related to devices such as desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices, as well as software like Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Oversee data protection and cybersecurity operations, ensuring proper configuration and maintenance of security systems.
• Maintain IT assets, update system documentation, and manage software licenses.
• Support the implementation of action plans aligned with the company’s operational goals and contribute to the smooth functioning of specialist clinic operations.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science or a related degree qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, end-user desktop support, and IT security implementation and operations.
