Job Title: Level 1 Support Technician

Purpose of the Role

The Level 1 Support Team provides critical front-line support across all aspects of infrastructure. Working as part of a global team, they are responsible for:

• Pro-active monitoring of infrastructure.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Processing Customer Purchase Orders via In-House ERP systems.

· Customer interface for production requirement and progress reporting.

· Handle administrative functions relating to customer’s repair orders.

· Providing timely response to customer Commercial queries via phone/email.

· To provide monthly open order reports and delivery reports to customers.

· To provide support to Customer Support Managers/Directors.

· Coordinating Working Party or Tool Loan request with the Technical Team based on Customers’ requirements.

· To provide contract/agreements to customers for Landing Gear Loan on AOG basis.

· Invoicing Customers for working party/ tool loans/ Landing Gear loans.

· Backup to other Commercial Customer Service Executive.

· Facilitate and coordinate site visits/table inspections for workshop.

· Feedback and follow up on Customer Warranties.

· Contribute to Process improvements.

· Diploma in Business Administration/Logistics/Supply Chain Management or any other related disciplines.

Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Technical Support Programmer who is passionate and responsible to join our Car Park Technical Support team. DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES

· To upkeep and perform system maintenance of security and parking systems, and provide day-to-day system/technical support to users on all system related enquiries.

· Assist in resolving software related technical issues with customers, contractors and vendors.

· Able to provide necessary training to teammates and end-users.

· Assist in project implementation and enhancement work of security and car park systems including preparation and updating of application software.

· Work closely with the Field Support and Customer Support team both onsite and remotely.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field with a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience preferred.

· Degrees from related fields and experienced candidates will also be considered.

· Must have proven experience with C#, Visual Studio, IIS, SQL, web services, CSS, AJAX, Javascript, XML etc.

· Strong understanding of SQL databases, writing and optimizing queries.

Responsibilities:

• Same as Associate Consultant, but with more responsibility for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across multiple teams.
• Take a lead role in managing security and access control measures for both test and production environments.
• Oversee and guide incident and change management workflows, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Develop preventive measures to minimize downtime and human error through process automation and monitoring improvements.
• Lead efforts to implement full-stack monitoring and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Produce comprehensive reports on system performance, incident handling, and improvement efforts for stakeholders and senior management.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and ensure they are aligned with the team’s objectives and best practices.

Experience and Skills Needed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an Operations Engineer role, with at least 2 years of experience in the field.
• Experience with security and access control measures for test and production environments.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure management and services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Hands-on experience with scripting tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and familiarity with monitoring tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, able to approach issues creatively and resourcefully.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

About you:

• Hold a Singaporean citizenship or permanent residency (please note we cannot support Visas for this role)
• You have at least 2 years of Customer Support experience
• You ideally have previous B2B customer support experience preferably in banking, internet, tech, and telecommunication industries, or international customer care centres
• Previous experience in Customer Success, B2B Business Development or B2B sales is ideal
• Your verbal and written English skills are excellent - Phone, emails, (and potentially) chat contacts are the main responsibility for this role, so clear communication in English is key, and we'll be evaluating yours all the way from your application through the end of the process
