Job Objectives

l Test Operations Analyst will work closely with the respective stakeholders within TCOE (Testing Center of Excellence), primarily TPMs (Test Programme Managers) and test vendor partners to make sure the testing operation functions are running seamlessly.

l Reporting to the TCOE Test Operations Lead, the candidate shall ensure that TCOE operation functions are tracked, monitored and reported periodically.

Key Responsibilities

l Manages the administrative processes, methods and standards to ensure that the operation functions within TCOE is adhered

l Design tracking and reporting mechanisms to ensure the administrative function are compliant with defined policies and standards

l Design and operate a process to centralise the main 4 TCOE administrative functions in the financial lifecycle

n Request for eCRF (Electronic Contract Repository Form)

n Request for eMemo (Electronic Memo request for budget drawdown)

n Request for ePR (Electronic Purchase Request)

n Invoice clearance and monitoring

l Collaborate and define clear segregation of functions between TCOE and P&OP (Process & Operations Planning team), a shared operation functions across GIPS (Group Infrastructure & Platform Services)

l Work with P&OP team to make sure hygiene factors such as e-learnings and clean desk policies are adhered to

l Support the TCOE Business Continuity Program functions such as BCP awareness and Calltree exercise

l Work closely with Business Finance & P&OP teams to make sure TCOE HC are tracked, reported and provide trend analysis periodically

l Drives and measures adoption of GTO testing processes, methods and standards across GTO domains

l Support TCOE team to daily operation such as seating and timesheet

l Support the coordination of any operation functions with IH2 (Innovation Hub 2) and Intermark Office in Malaysia

l Updates and maintains standards/ processes/ methodologies relating to testing and ensure alignment with other Banking clients GTO defined policies/ guidelines/ processes in supporting IT delivery to business.

l Provides periodic reports on quality metrics used to benchmark and measure respective Testing domains and adherences to GTO defined standards on testing.

Position Overview:

The Asia Private Investments (PI) Team consists of Directors and Analysts/Associates based in Singapore and Beijing. PI includes venture capital, private equity, and other illiquid investment opportunities across all Asia-Pacific markets. For the avoidance of doubt, the focus is on investment into private funds and not individual deals, though the team does help with coinvestment opportunities to a lesser extent.

The Investment Analyst/Associate (IA) will gain experience in two core functions: (1) portfolio management through working with our clients and (2) investment research by meeting and evaluating private investment fund managers in Asia. IAs will build deep expertise in Asian private investments in addition to broader context of global private markets through internal team forums and by working on global client portfolios.

IAs will work closely with investment directors to provide investment due diligence and market research, analysis, and investment recommendations to our clients. The role involves quantitative analysis as well as a strong qualitative component. Alongside investment directors, IAs will meet senior executives from PE and VC firms as part of our research coverage of the Asian PI markets.
