Job Description:

• Assist the Job Manager to attend to technical and design issues at site and report issues to Job Manager.
• Provide standing supervision as and when directed by the Resident Engineer and/or Consultant team.
• Check through construction drawings and highlight any discrepancies found between or within the same disciplines prior to the commencement of installation works.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approve drawings and specifications.
• Ensure adequate safety precautions are enforced on site.
• Resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the project.
• Attend site meetings, site inspections, testing and commissioning.
• Maintain site records.
• Estimated commencement of work in September/October 2024.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognised tertiary institution.
• A registered Resident Technical Officer with IES / ACES is require.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Resident Technical Officer on local projects.
• Experience in Plumbing and Sanitary projects will be added advantage
• Experience in supervision of Mechanical Services installation for local Hospital/Healthcare/Commercial Developments would be added advantage
• Familiar with local codes and regulations
• Ability to respond to technical questions

Responsibilities:

• Determining business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations.
• Assesses existing SAP operation process and recommending improvements.
• Provides support for difficult and complex system environments.
• Provides SAP system support, assistance, and end-user training.
• Performs role of trouble-shooter, successfully identifying system inconsistencies and implementing optimum business solutions and business process enhancements.
• Involved in business analysis and technical design session with business and technical staff to develop requirements document and ETL specifications.
• Performs role of supporting business and operation needs such as audit and compliance, both internal and external, etc.
• Strengthens organizational capability and build downstream domain knowledge through facilitation of knowledge transfer sessions for employee.
• Keeping abreast of the latest SAP offerings, updates, and developments.
• Experienced in analysing and identifying SAP Service Pack impact, preparing release notes for transport, preparing FFID log and other SAP logs.
• Performs rigorous documentation of SAP processes and presenting progress reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 5-6 years in experience as a SAP consultant in a similar industry and in Financials, Controlling and Project System modules.
• Intensive knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA and FIORI.
• Excellent teamwork, collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Experience in planning, analysing, designing, developing, testing, implementing, documenting, and training in S/4 HANA Financials, Controlling and Project System will be an added advantage
• Excellent organizational and time- management skills
• Effective communication with business users and vendors
• Ability to work under business focused and fast-moving environment
• Always projecting a positive outlook in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment
• Possesses SAP-accredited certification
