About the role

We are looking for a Senior technical SEO specialist who is excited about joining a global team and be part of our future success.  You will be part of a global marketing team, reporting into the Global Content and SEO lead.

To do this, you will have a minimum of 8  years experience in a technical SEO role. We are open to hiring globally for this role, so location is not important.

Interview process

The successful candidate will participate in the below interview stages. 

It might seem like a lot - but fear not - we come prepared! We anticipate the process to last no more than 3 weeks from start to finish depending on your availability.

Whether the interviews are held over video call or in person will depend on your location and the role. 

Introductory call

Wise is on a mission to make money without borders - convenient, fast, and eventually free. We’re looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Spend Squad in Singapore to help us deliver product experiences for our card customers. 

The Wise Card was first launched in Europe in 2018, allowing customers to spend internationally at the mid-market rate, with only a low, upfront conversion fee. Since then, we’ve expanded to over 50+ countries and territories in the Americas and APAC, and built features like instant issuance of digital cards and enhanced spending controls. We’ve issued more than 4 million cards that are being used in over 160 countries every minute.

As part of the Spend Squad, you’ll primarily work on enabling customers to spend from their Wise accounts in a sustainable manner, ensuring that we’re able to grow our product in-line with our squad-level KPIs.

How you’ll contribute:

• Provide data-driven insights to inform product decisions, from improving in-product flows to building card customer segmentation.

• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Science and Operational teams to drive product enhancements and optimizations.

• Design experiments to monitor the impact of new product features on risk, convenience and conversion metrics.

• Build conviction on high-impact areas and challenge them if there are faster or more effective ways to tackle the problem.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a regional team in managing the lifecycle of third-party risk management (TPRM) i.e. onboarding, ongoing monitoring and termination
• Perform assessment on due diligence check from Contract Owner/ Vendor, with primary focus on technology and cyber risk domains
• Provide guidance & support to contract owner on TPRM process
• Administer record keeping and documentation of third party
• Prepare MIS and KRIs relating to TPRM
• Work closely with stakeholders from TPRM 3 lines of defense in the region to effectively coordinate and execute TPRM controls
• Support in process enhancement/ project where necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years working experience in banking or financial services, during which at least 3-5 years were in the capacity of Third-Party Risk Management and/or Technology Risk Management
• Priority will be given to candidate with in-depth knowledge of technology and cyber risk domain
• Experience of managing risk and control assessment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
