• Briefing of Shipboard Senior Officers prior to joining vessels with regards to Safety Management System as required, Technical Matters onboard, and specific charterers’ requirements.
• Conduct (independently) suitability surveys, on-hire surveys, off-hire surveys, bunker surveys and with knowledge of the requirements of most marine warranty surveys.
• Liaise with Marine Agents, Marine Warranty Surveyors, Classification Society Surveyors and Client Representatives.
• Closeout the MWS & Oil Major punch list with the most economical way.
• Maintain and upkeep technical Manuals, Drawings, Catalogues from makers and yards.
• • Supervise the outfitting of vessels. Prepare and transmit the Statement of Facts for the progress of the outfitting.
• Conduct fuel consumption analysis for vessels.
• Review and verify Critical spare onboard based on Vessel operation requirements.
• Assist Project Manager with the Mobilization of the 3rd party Vessel with crewing, ship Chandelling, Bunkering and Provision.
• Assist Project Manager with 3rd party vessel scope of Work in line with project requirement.
• Member of the shore Emergency Response Team for the relevant vessels.
• Assist in the identification of safety risk assessment and environmental aspects / impacts for vessel operations. Carry out audits and inspections as assigned.
• Be part of the incident investigation team providing technical assistance as and when required by the Board of Inquiry.

• Report and assist Project Manager (PM) on project functions included but not limited to project management, site management, risk control management etc. to meet the project(s) goals.

• Liaise with client or consultant for site inspections, submission of necessary technical reports and ensure necessary records are maintained at site. Assist Contract department (QS) in verifying progress payments and claims from Contractors.
• Attend regular meetings with Client’s Representative, Consultants and/or Contractors and ensure the progress is on schedule
• Establish proper and effective document control system, maintain & conduct reviews of detail design drawings, project documents and specifications.
• Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior/management deem fit.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by Professional Engineer Board
• 5 years’ experience in LTA (MRT or Road Projects)sewer and pipejacking or related experiences;
• minimum 5 years working experience in LTA,PUB projects;

• Coordinate with relevant parties to conduct site survey for the feasibility of Solar PV system installation or on-site technical support.
• Prepare Module arrangement layout, single line diagram, inverter arrangement layout using AUTOCAD. Able to interpret, review and work out design and construction drawings as well as construct 2D drawings in AutoCAD
• Perform PV syst simulation according to design drawings and specification to provide energy yield
• Perform shading analysis using stretch up tool
• Technical review on designs, specifications and operational matters on projects and related activities, through engineering and calculations such as voltage drop, fault current calculation and etc.
• Understand the basic design principles of a solar photovoltaic systems, with sufficient experience working in the industry
• Familiar with solar PV installations for distributed rooftop and utility scale PV projects
• Familiar with design software such as PVSyst, AutoCAD, Sketchup etc.

Requirements:

• Possesses Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Renewable energy related field or equivalent experience. Fresh graduates are welcome.
