• Assist Technical Manager/Engineer negotiate/procure materials, equipment and labor in accordance to the allocated budget

Roles & Resbonsiblity:

• Interpret technical designs and drawings
• Manage M&E works to meet project specifications, budgets and timeline
• Prepare reports to clients and project manager on progress, delays, defects and rectification measures for the M&E works
• Provide technical advice and resolve M&E technical issues on site
• Supervise M&E works (e.g. installation of green building technologies, lighting, air-conditioning, mechanical ventilation) in the construction project
• Plan, design and administer contract/project of mechanical and electrical engineering works for building services.
• Prepare tender specifications and review tender drawings
• Perform tender evaluations and prepare tender evaluation reports
• Attend technical and progress meetings with client, architects, consultants and contractors
• Manage the projects and identify any non-conformity of contractor’s work at site
  Other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirments :
• At least 3 years of relevant industry experience.

Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Relevant working experience in an M&E Consulting firm is an added advantage.
• Knowledge in design and building project and relevant code of practice.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/ BIM software is an added advantage.
• Able to work as a team, assertive, independent and proactive.
• Must have successfully started Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Institutional & Recreational projects
• Qualified for registration in Professional Engineers Board, Singapore will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with mechanical, software and materials science engineers to successfully develop, test, validate and manufacture hardware.
• Design, maintain, implement,and improve PCB components, electrical systems, and power electronics of existing and new products.
• Design Test System Instrumentation.
• Test,debug, and troubleshooting at module and system level.
• Product testing for environmental and certification standards.
• Prepare necessary design and manufacturing documents.
• Provide technical support to Quality and Compliance teams during the qualification phase.
• Work with the Sustaining Engineering team to resolve the production issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Or) Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Strong in Hardware & System level troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of firmware programs for Microcontroller, SOC and SOM.
• Designexperience with Microcontroller / Microprocessor, Memory, Communication links.
• Experience with PCB Design tools like Altium, KiCAD, etc.
• Design Experience for SI and PI, EMI/EMC compliance.
• Relevant work experience is advantageous.

Job Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for leading, analyzing, and preparing specifications and construction drawings, design documents for process and in accordance with project specification schedule and client requirements to the highest quality level

This will be a site based position in Singapore

Core Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, execute and supervise all instrumentation works including timely submission of permits, the production of method statements, project quality plan, calibration, installation, data acquisition, data verification, data processing, web database, data presentation and reporting.
• Prepare all necessary reports as specified in the Contracts documents. design, set up and maintenance of Instrumentation database
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, clients, asset owners, finance, provide installation, monitoring, maintenance services, maintain installation records, data processing, project status, progress, delays, change notices, performance measurement, lessons learned and close-out
• Ensure HSEQ compliance in execution of projects and all aspects of operations

Skills / Qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering or geology recognised by the PE Board along with 5 to 8 years relevant experience in geotechnical instrumentation and site investigation works
