Contribute to effective planning and monitoring of shutdown and decommissioning (equipment and offshore unit) plans by defining the shutdown scope (equipment list, NDT exam, tests, measurements, replacements, repairs, or modifications to be carried out) related to controlled equipment, through legal compliance and integrity evaluation.

Contribute to the definition if an equipment has or not condition to operate satisfactorily in order to ensure Operations reliability by participating in decisions or developing technical studies and informing to the involved ones the results of inspection reports, repairs or replacements recommended to restore the physical conditions in satisfactory levels.

Contribute to the hiring of 3rd parties to perform inspections on SPIE/NR13 Equipment and draw inspection isometrics by properly defining Scope of Work and participating in Kick-Off Meetings with potential suppliers.

Ensure the compliance with NR13 / MdB specifications in the fabrication of equipment by attending Hydrostatic Test at Manufacturer Workshop.

Ensure that all equipment is in condition to operate, complying with internal standards, NR13/SPIE specifications, by generating "punch items" lists as outputs of the initial inspections and following up the development of action plans on these lists.

Ensure the proper register of all Pressure Vessels, PSV, Boilers and all others static equipment by developing datasheets and inspections reports and filling in the integrity management software (SGI) with reliable and updated data on this equipment.

Ensure that Integrity Inspectors' and PSV Mechanical Technicians' work is performed in compliance with contract specifications and legislation, as well as complying with NR13/SPIE standards and procedures, by planning and following up the distribution of activities of inspection plans and providing technical recommendations when necessary.

Contribute to fleet performance improvement by constantly cooperating with other Tiers and Modec entities, to absorb and apply all lessons learnt from other Unit Phases (Commissioning, Operation, Maintenance, Decommissioning) for the new vessels in construction, as well as provide new lessons learnt and improvement opportunities discovered during the Pre-Ops project.

Sporadic follow ups in the shipyard during the Construction Phase and visits to vendors' factories might be required for these activities.

• Oversee awarded industry projects and ensure key milestones and project deliverables are met
• Conceptualise research proposals and present research concepts and ideology to senior management

Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Relevant working experience and good knowledge in at least two of the following areas: 1) Natural Language Processing 2) Speech Recognition 3) Computer Vision
• Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or C++
• Familiar with machine learning frameworks such as Tensorflow, PyTorch, or Keras
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills and possess the ability to influence and engage effectively with various stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical and meticulous individual who can think strategically that align with SP and national agenda in maritime safety
• Previous experience in data science, including data analytics, data visualization, and statistical analysis, is a plus

Responsibilities:

· Lead a sizeable team of network engineers to deliver on large scale complex project successfully and seamlessly ensuring profitability, cost effectiveness, high quality standard and customer satisfactions

· Must have strong technical hands on experience in implementation

· Provide technical advisory to the team members

· Liaising with external vendor for training and team development align to company’s technology focus

· Monitor overall project technical progress and health

· Tailor processes to meet specific needs of project

· Responsible for project development plans

· Review project technical plans

· Manage the proper assignment of technical resources during different project timelines.

· Have vast experience in networking solution & products implementation: Routing, switching, wireless, network management, load-balancing, SDWAN, software-defined networking solution like Cisco SDA, ACI, NSX-T

· Documentation for project requirements

· Work closely with the presales team to support tender bidding process in providing professional service sizing and crafting the scope of works and deliverables

· Oversee the submission of all technical documents

· Ability to cope under pressure

Requirements:

· Degree in Computing or Engineering discipline

· CCIE (Routing & Switching)

· Well-versed in solution architecture design

· Understand the system integration and quality process

· Experience in managing a team of security engineers.

· Possess resource management skills

· Possess good communication skills and able to relate well to others

· Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills

· At least 10 years’ experience in project deployment for complex network infrastructure for campus and data centre/cloud, including at least 3 years in a technical managerial position

· Working knowledge with MS Visio

· Basic knowledge on network security like firewalls, IPS, IDS and NAC

· Working Knowledge in Coding/scripting (Ansible, Python, YAML etc) (Good to have)

Your Role:
The individual performs a variety of tasks within the Transformation Office and Quality department that are associated with maintaining regulatory compliance of GxP computer systems (and other business managed applications) throughout their lifecycle. Will participate in and/or lead project teams across global operational departments to implement business-managed applications.

What You Do

• Perform administration tasks for a variety of GxP systems and associated software in a regulated (GxP) environment following defined procedures. Defining, assigning, documenting and managing user access across CTS.
• Develop and implement processes to ensure Data Integrity assurance: focusing on accuracy, reliability, and security across organizational systems.
• Lead Software/System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) activities and manage Operational Technology (OT) deliverables (including but not limited to System Inventory management, Risk Assessment, Infrastructure Management, Data Classification and Protection, Data Privacy assessments and Service Level Agreements).
• Own, manage and maintain GxP system lifecycle activities (including but not limited to Change management, SOP management, Events/CAPAs, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity processes, Data Integrity assessments and implementing Data Integrity controls).
• Act as liaison with wider business and collaborate between CTS departments on all SDLC activities (including but not limited to Validation, Change Management, Periodic Review, Decommissioning) for GxP computerized systems. Ensures transition of OT Systems from project to operations.
• Responsible for troubleshooting, incident management, servicing, maintenance, or other support functions for software or firmware associated with laboratory systems including OS upgrades, patch management, Infrastructure management and system security.
• Acts as liaison and interface between laboratory users, IT, OT, Engineering, Validation and external vendors in selection, implementation and lifecycle management of laboratory systems. Responsible for maintenance plan and contracts with vendors
• Responsible for timely communication of status of user requests and/or system outage reporting (e.g., helpdesk tickets).

Who You Are:

• Degree in Science or Technical area.
• 2 years’ in a technical role supporting regulated software applications or laboratory systems
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in regulated (GxP) environment
• Understanding of GxP regulations and guidelines including but not limited to GAMP 5, US Code of Federal Regs. 21 CFR Part 11 and Part 211, Eudralex Volume 4, Annex 11 & Annex 15, ICH Q7, Q8, Q9 & Q10.
• Acts ethically and ensures quality of own work and that of others.
• Works with agility and willing to embrace and implement change on a global scale.
• Applies technology to drive digitalization, improve quality and increase customer value.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills (ability to lead cross-functional meetings, demonstrated ability to bring consensus among diverse cross-functional teams).
• Proficient knowledge and application of FDA and EU regulations (cGMP, GLP)
• Advanced knowledge and application of data integrity regulatory guidance (e.g., FDA, MHRA, WHO)
