• At least 5 years of experience in Java development (Java 8 and above, J2EE, EJB, Spring Framework, etc.,)
• Knowledge of and Spring framework, specifically in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring AOP, and API integration with SOAP and RESTful webservices
• Knowledge in JAXB and Java Security API
• Experience with application deployment in WebLogic Server, including administration and configuration for managed servers, data sources and JMS persistence stores
• Familiarity with database integration to Oracle DB and PostgreSQL using Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, JDBC
• Experience in installing and configuration of 12c WebLogic server.

Responsibilities: 

• Design and implement scalable data platforms 
• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines 

• Working closely with internal stakeholders from cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and business processes.
• Acting as a liaison between business and technical teams to promote a collaborative approach to data governance. 
• Ensuring compliance with relevant data protection regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
• Conducting regular audits to assess adherence to data governance policies and recommending improvements as needed.

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field. 
• Proficiency with ETL tools and data analytics platforms 
• Minimum 5 years of experience In data engineering. 
• Experience with data warehousing and data modeling 
• Experience with DBA tasks such as performance tuning, backup and recovery 
• Experience with scripting (Python/Scala) for automation 

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated research engineer for Data Center Digital Twin Research and Development. He/she will assist the PIs in evaluating and advancing digital twin solutions for enhanced system performance. The role involves benchmarking existing technologies, developing and evaluating conceptual models, conducting virtual experiments to optimize operational efficiency, and research and development of advanced features. The project is in collaboration with a data centre operator.

Experience:

Prior experience digital twin solution, simulation, system design, data center thermal control, is helpful.
