RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with R&D to review the test plans, develop products requirements and define the testing process.

• Provide training to MPa or test partners to facilitate PQC (Pre-Qual check), SNV(Safety net validation) and System testing, as well provide technical supports if need.

• Enable module or sub-systems testing and full product usages experiences end to end.

• Input and manage of defects in tracking system

• Evaluate functional and performance limitations down to root cause and assist in the correlation of issues/bugs across platforms

• Obtain thorough understanding of all processes and work to improve test efficiency

• Requirements of analysis; test planning, execution (functional & integration test for both apps and software) and reporting

• Continue to develop customers test cases and keep the test cases in live (up to date in deal with latest technology)

• Validation system developed to assess the design holistically through the lens of customers

• Conduct gamma testing on products nearing release, following defined test plans and scenarios

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure issues are understood and resolved effectively

• Other such duties that may be determined by Management.

• Bachelor degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science or relevant studies
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in System Testing
• Programming Knowledge like C++, visual basic and Java etc.
• Knowledge in manufacturing systems and quality systems
• Able to do basic troubleshooting

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the development of new products and the assurance of current products that are robust, reliable, top quality, with delightful customer experience in product usage
• Define, develop, and contribute to innovation projects, including
  • New product development
  • Introduce or evolve product test methods
  • Conduct field studies and experiments
  • Develop and prove hypothesis with correlation studies/experiments
  • Process digitalization and automation
  • Data analytics and visualization
• Grow lab capabilities by developing new/modern test methods or applying industrial design and test standards to resolve engineering challenges or improve efficiencies
• Lead small work teams in brainstorming ideas to resolve engineering challenges using problem solving skills
• Scope covers the full hardware product, its sub-assemblies and modules, material level, and end-product integrated system (software and firmware interactions)
• Evaluate functional and performance limitations down to root cause and assist in the correlation of issues/bugs across platforms
• Work with the design team to identify and implement DFT features to ease the design evaluation of future products.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related disciplines
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in reliability testing or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and testing methodologies.
• Experience with electrical test equipment and instrumentation.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
