• Manage Infrastructure projects and services to support application systems environments
• Request to provision new VMs for new systems
• Manage system architecture, resource planning, infrastructure performance, and system hosting environment from server hardware till OS layer (Excluding hypervisor and Storage) in support of new applications
• Main infrastructure single-point-of-contact for all new application system initiatives and to support/assist in application architecture design, integration and acceptance, and infrastructure performance testing
• Handover Infrastructure and Systems standard operating procedures and day-to-day performance/availability monitoring to the Operations Engineer upon commissioning and completion of PGP
• Support Operations Engineer on Infrastructure and Systems
• Assist in Infrastructure Architecture review, support, and endorsement Review Hardening standards for OS, database
• Hosting environment infrastructure on-boarding (design, setup, configuration, implementation, testing, and commissioning of infrastructure components)
• Understand systems operations environment is expected
• Familiar with API product and configuration for pub/sub and encryption highly preferred.

What we are looking for:

• Tertiary Education in relevant fields is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in relevant fields such as Windows, Linux RHEL and AIX OS,OS virtualisation technologies, SAN storage, and/or databases.

Position Title: Lead Process Engineer (Injection Moulding)

Working Location: North - Yishun

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Establish process conditions through scientific moulding for existing/new products

• Troubleshoot moulding processes and material or equipment issues

• Evaluate tooling for areas of concern, areas of improvement for quality and efficiency, and recommend improvements to optimize moulding, set up, and overall manufacturing

• Collect and analyse data on individual processes to identify and improve process capability

• Document and maintain Mold process sheets for accuracy

• Support process technicians through training in scientific moulding practices

• Leadership role in continuous improvement and cost reduction activities

• Use Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other techniques to analyze process data to determine capabilities as well as improvements

• Manage projects, and ensure all tooling is executed smoothly and efficiently against an agreed plan

• Perform evaluation and development activities to provide solutions for technical problems to sustain and improve production yield, quality, process cycle time and cost reduction

• Lead team in problem-solving – identification of problems and analysis of the root cause

• Conduct proof of concept (POC) evaluation and design of experiments (DOE) during development, establish baseline process and metrics

• Lead design of experiments (DOE) to establish a stable and robust process that can be handed off to production personnel •

Requirement

• Diploma in Engineering or Sciences

• Min. 5 years’ experience in plastic injection moulding environment

• Experience in process capability studies and tooling technical incline is a plus
