Job Description:
1. Lead the team in designing, simulating, and documenting analog circuits and chip designs.
2. Oversee and optimize layout design and routing to enhance efficiency and quality.
3. Support product testing, debugging, and application development.
4. Mentor junior analog designers and prepare comprehensive design documentation.
Job Requirements:
1. Master’s degree or higher in Microelectronics or Electronic Engineering with over 10 years of relevant experience.
2. Expertise in designing analog mixed-signal circuit blocks, including bandgap references, bias circuits, LDO regulators, amplifiers, comparators, switched capacitor circuits, ADCs, DACs, oscillators, filters, Tx/Rx equalizers, and circuits like de-emphasis, CTLE, DFE, and CDR architecture, as well as high-speed digital components (serializers, deserializers, counters, dividers, etc.).
3. Proficiency in high-speed interface protocols such as PCIe, USB, SATA, DDR, and LPDDR.
4. Advanced knowledge of analog mixed-signal design, with experience in high-speed serial and parallel circuits using cutting-edge processes (e.g., 3nm, FinFET, SOI, bulk CMOS).
5. Extensive hands-on experience with design tools and static timing analysis tools (e.g., Nanotime).
6. Strong problem-solving skills and a proven ability to deliver results within tight timelines.
