• Design new machines & auxiliary equipment maintenance procedures, check list & work instructions, provide training for operation & maintenance staffs

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree of Engineering in Automation / Mechatronics / Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent
• Previous 3-6 years’ experience as a validation engineer or in a similar role
• Experience in project management
• Strong understanding of automation engineering system design concept & development, manufacturing processes and safety regulations
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills. Attention to detail
• Knowledge of statistical software analysis (e.g., MINITAB, MATLAB)
• Well versed in Microsoft office tools (Excel/ Word / Power point)
• Have knowhow in Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis (PFMEA) and CPK study
