As a Service Delivery Engineer, you will provide world-class delivery support to our customers by building an in-depth knowledge of our customers’ priorities and initiatives and becoming a trusted advisor that avoids customer impact and facilitates continuous improvement. You will identify potential sales and growth opportunities and will partner with key stakeholders to maximize these prospects.

You will:

• Work as the PowerFlex storage subject matter expert (SME) and station at customer site.
• Provide day to day support to customer’s storage setup.
• Act as the storage escalation point and help the deployment team members on troubleshooting when necessary. • Provide documentation of the storage project.
• Provide knowledge transfer to customer IT staff after completing storage deployment.
• Have good understanding of SAN storage.

Essential Requirements

• Assisting the Support Engineer or Software Engineer in problem resolution beyond the capability of the 1st Level Support Staff.
• Performing system recovery if needed.
• Escalating unsolvable problems to the 3rd Level Support Staff and reports the escalation to superior.

As a Functional / System Safety Engineer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and mitigating potential safety risks, conducting safety analyses, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement safety measures throughout the product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Safety Analysis:

• Conduct hazard analysis, risk assessments, and safety integrity level (SIL) assessments to identify potential safety risks associated with products and systems.
• Perform Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) to evaluate the impact of potential failures on system safety.

2. Compliance and Standards:

• Ensure compliance with relevant functional safety standards, such as ISO 26262, IEC 61508, or other industry-specific standards applicable to the domain.
