• Ensure properties comply with relevant standards and implement necessary remedial actions.

Communication and Coordination:

• Collaborate with property management teams, tenants, and other stakeholders to address technical issues, provide updates on maintenance projects, and ensure timely resolution of concerns.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property maintenance activities, contracts, service agreements, and technical documentation.
• Prepare reports on building performance, maintenance activities, and expense tracking.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma holder with at least 3 years of experience in hands on of Facilities maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Determine training needs by reviewing the company's present activities and future plans.
• Develop & deliver training plans according to the pre-determined training needs.(Technical, Non-Technical & Product)
• Organize and conduct customer centric programs.
• Update and prepare all training literature, manuals and according to guidelines.
• Purchase & maintain all training equipment and assets.
• Conduct ICT Service Technician and ICT Senior Technician training.
• Conducts HVT Training and Certifications as well to reduce TMD in RTC.
• Collaborate with inter-department to develop & deliver training to cover gaps in processes and procedures.
• Handles other Ad-Hoc training, events & needs e.g OBU installation training, technical campaign sharing & Technical Skills Competition, ICT Graduation Ceremony, Retail Standards Audit, Customer Care Event. etc.
• Monitoring & ensuring staff development and progress in certification within the stipulated period by 18 months.
• Any ad-hoc training administration duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in any engineering discipline
• Having attained ACTA/ACLP or 3-5 years of technical training experience, in automotive industry is an added advantage
• Exposure of technical training in continental brand
• Proficient in MS Office
• Working Hours : Mon 8.30am 6.30pm,
  Tue Fri 8.30am 6.15pm
